Hello and Welcome to the charity website for the Direct Payments Service Users Limited (DiPSU). We are a Local Nottinghamshire based User Led Not For Profit Charity who advises vulnerable adults, disabled people, the elderly, carers and parents/legal guardians of disabled children on all aspects of arranging care to they can live independently in their own homes and communities by employing the appropriate staff or outside agencies/services.
Experience in Support
DiPSU were founded in 2003 and have assisted over 1100 people across Nottinghamshire County and Nottingham City to remain in their own homes and communities. We have helped employ over 3000 personal assistants to assist these people. The majority of our board members are Service Users so they are creating services to meet appropriate needs.
Cost of our services
All of our costs are met by the Local Authority or the Health Authority unless you are paying for all your care requirements by yourself.
